SMALL CHANGES DONE CONSISTENTLY OVER TIME CREATE HUGE LIFE CHANGES.

We all know this is true, but it’s the “doing it consistently over time” part that most everyone gets tripped up on.

It’s not enough to think about the small changes, you actually have to start doing things differently if you want to see results.

So……..

I wanted to let you know that I’m doing the workbook lessons of A Course in Miracles in 2015, and I’m inviting you to join me.

All 365 lessons in one year, and we’ll do it together.

Small changes, daily and consistently, for one year!

How about it?

I have done the workbook several times, but it’s been a while – last time I did them was 2009. I love the daily practice.

So I want to get back into a structure again, and that gave me an idea to do one short audio talk a day on the day’s lesson (5-10 minute audio) and offer it to anyone who is interested in doing the workbook lessons from start to finish – all 365 lessons in one year!

I will be a guide for 365 days but I will NOT be reading the whole lesson so this is NOT a substitute for you doing the lessons yourself.

You need to do the workbook lessons yourself because these lessons are going to be working directly with your own thought system.

So it won’t work just to listen to me every day and then not do the lessons. That doesn’t count!

The audios and daily messages I will be sending out are for support, inspiration and encouragement.

Kinda like a trainer in a gym. They are there for motivation, but it’s me who has to pick up the weights, do the work, change my habits, show up every day, push when its hard and when I don’t feel like it. 🙂

It’s a reminder of my initial commitment, because definitely the enthusiasm starts to wear off after a week or two, and it’s good to be reminded of what I said I WAS GOING TO DO – in this case: ONE WORKBOOK LESSON A DAY FOR 365 DAYS.

When you make a commitment to anything and you have A COMMITMENT TO HONOR THE COMMITMENT (even when its difficult), you will see changes.

So you will need a copy of A Course in Miracles. I highly encourage everyone who is going to do the workbook lessons to get a copy of the physical book and not to do this with an online version of the Course.

You will receive a daily email from me every day, which will include a short message and a 5-10 minute audio talk about the day’s lesson.

The cost is $99 for a one-time cost for the whole year, all 365 lessons.

Prayer is a way to reach God and make that connection directly, to have “a heart-to-heart” – to for ask for guidance, direction and help.

We are very proud and excited to present this video from our Friday morning ACIM group which meets at Unity on the River in Amesbury, MA – ENJOY! This is Sandy Zimmerman – she has an amazing story of how her father committed suicide (shot himself in the basement when Sandy was 5 and she was upstairs eating breakfast and heard the gunshot) and how this affected her and how years later forgiveness healed her when she took her dad and herself off the cross.
